Server rules

• Spamming or flooding chat with repeated messages or characters.
• Bypassing the chat filter, or finding creative ways around it.
• Dragging genuinely disruptive or controversial topics into public chat.
• Deliberately feeding players false information about the server or its features.
• Promoting or discussing blacklisted mods and cheats.
• Misusing server commands, including inappropriate /helpop use.

• Sustained toxicity or disrespect toward other players, including offensive language aimed at them.
• Discriminatory language of any kind.
• Targeting or harassing players over race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
• Encouraging self-harm or threatening another player with violence. This is an immediate ban.

• Promoting other servers or third party websites.
• Linking third party sites or Discord servers in chat.
• Plugging your own socials. Pokeplex-related streams and videos are the one exception.
• Phishing for accounts or personal information. This earns a permanent blacklist.

• Sharing another player's personal information, in any form.
• Trying to obtain personal information through deception or threats.
• Threatening or carrying out DDoS or doxxing attempts. This earns a permanent blacklist.
• Harassment involving personal information.
• "Joke" threats count as real ones. That includes posting fake IPs or addresses in chat.

• Scamming players, including misleading trades through the auction house and chestshops.
• Buying, selling, or trading accounts, including discussing it.
• Selling or buying store items or in-game currency through outside platforms.
• Running giveaways without staff approval, even for Pokeplex prizes.

Not allowed

• Using vanilla quirks to scan for caves or ore is at your own risk.

Allowed

• Strip-mining, staircasing, branch-mining, and poke-holing.
• Lava peeking: letting lava flow over your head to see below it.

• Duplicating items.
• Abusing plugins or server features in ways they were not intended.
• Macros and autoclickers.
• Lag machines and inappropriate builds or signs.

• Inappropriate skins or usernames.
• Boosting stats through bugs or alt accounts.
• Evading punishments with alt accounts.
• Charging back a store payment.
• Your account is your responsibility. If it is compromised it will be banned.

• Claiming right next to someone without their consent. Leave 150+ blocks between claims.
• Griefing outside of someone's claim.
• Claims inactive for 1.5 months can be removed at staff discretion.

• Staff decisions are final. Appeal them through the proper channels.
• Treat staff members with respect. Harassment, insults, or targeted disrespect will not be tolerated.
• Do not spam staff members through in-game messages or Discord.
• Do not request spawned items from staff members.
• Accusations of staff abuse require evidence. Submit any evidence to a Manager. Baseless accusations will result in a ban.
